Duties included patent application drafting, filing and prosecution, due diligence of patent assets prior to transactions, license and contract drafting and negotiation, Hatch-Waxman and regulatory counseling.
Law licenses in FL, NY, TX, DC, & US Patent & Trademark Office.
15 years of experience as an engineer with Raytheon (prior to starting the practice of law) working on such projects as the B-1 and B-52 bombers, the F-35, and the Space Shuttle Main Engine Turbopump, as well as running hazard analyses in large petrochemical plants.
